Amblyopia (lazy eye) is not disqualified as on. Diplopia (double vision).

Not sure about the Marines. If you 20/20 in one eye and has a sufficient peripheral vision in the lazy, you can join the army. We had a guy with a lazy eye in my unit in Germany.
