The USB stick, but you are sure they are not the prices? You can now also 4 GB and 8 GB flash drives for such awards.
If it works for its own account, I think they will be found few buyers. If you do this for a good cause, and the buyers know that the money go to charity, then you should have a few customers who do not mind paying an excessive price for a good cause.
